Visitors should be aware that SSE Renewables is currently carrying out exploratory works at this site in relation to its proposed Coire Glas hydro pumped storage scheme. To facilitate this work, access might at times be restricted and diversions might be in place. Any enquiries should be directed to coireglas@sse.com.
Enjoy a walk on the shore, lovely views and easy access to the water if you fancy a paddle.
The nearest public toilets and shop are in Invergarry.

Please park with care and consideration. In particular please park in designated parking areas only and do not block entrances or gates. Nearby car parks with free parking can be found in our local forest list without the £ symbol.
Valid at Braveheart (Glen Nevis), Loch Linnhe, Loch Oich, Aros Park (Mull), North Face, Ariundle, Glencoe Lochan, Glengarry, Glen Righ, Àrd-Àirigh, Garbh Eilean Wildlife Hide, Barnluasgan, Sutherland's Grove, Strone Hill, Bridge of Orchy, Glen Lochy, Fearnoch, Carradale (Grianan), Carradale (Port Na Storm), Ardcastle, Achnabreac.
Valid at all Forestry and Land Scotland car parks except Tentsmuir.
Loch Oich car park is on the east side of the A82 a ½ mile north of Laggan swing bridge. If coming from the north, the car park is 2 miles south of Invergarry.
PH34 4EA is the nearest postcode, about 1½ miles south of the car park.
