A delightful woodland with an historic graveyard hidden among the trees. Follow the circular route through the forest, or set off on the long trek to Loch Frisa. This longer route is particularly suited to cyclists, but adventurous walkers and horse riders are more than welcome too.

There is no charge to park in this car park. Please park with care and consideration. In particular please park in designated parking areas only and do not block entrances or gates.
Glen Aros is on the west side of A848 between Tobermory and Salen. Take the turning for our local office and follow the track past the building for about 400 metres to find the Glen Aros car park
PA72 6JP is the nearest postcode, on the A848 just south of the turning for the forest.
Buses between Tobermory and Craignure pass the road end, about 400 metres from Glen Aros. Check Traveline Scotland for details.
