Quiet riverside picnic site with mountain views

A short distance from the bustle of Tyndrum is this quiet riverside picnic site. There's plenty of room to stretch your legs in fresh mountain air and dip a toe in the icy waters of the River Lochy.

You'll get a fine view of Ben Lui from here. Look up at the steep north west ridge and the mountain's impressive high corries, which can hold snow late into the spring.
